I wasn't sure exactly what I expected at first, or where this would go, but I was rather surprised (in a good way)! The demo was amazing and your writing style and restraint/expression with your art is really good. I cannot wait to see the full product, and I'll be purchasing it when it's done!
this demo was so fun to play! I loved that it had the option to go back a step in the text since i sometimes click too fast and miss what theyre saying. also the way that the characters spoke was cool too! i havent seen dialouge presented in speachbbbles before.

Bad Faith was developed with a newer version of Ren'Py - so it may affect older systems... I may have to look into that more with the final release. ^^;
The atmosphere of this game is great, there were several scenes (especially the horror-leaning ones) where I felt just as tense as Magda was - maybe even more! I also really enjoyed sprite work and dialogue bubble-style textboxes, as well as the way the menu moves around your cursor (I don't know a technical way to describe this, oops).
This demo feels so polished already, and it's definitely got me intrigued by its setting and characters. I'm looking forward to finding out more about them someday! Wishing you the best of luck developing the full game. :]
Excellent start to what I'm sure will be a fantastic story! Your art perfectly compliments what's going on text-wise. Love the contrast between the painterly backgrounds versus the foreground "anime"-style, too. Great job and I can't wait to see more!
First, congrats on releasing your demo! What an accomplishment!
Having just completed the demo, first impressions are that I love the accessibility options (I'm not a fan of screen shake, so being able to turn that off right away is fantastic). The main menu is gorgeous (I'm enchanted with the way it moves to follow your mouse and previews the main cast). All of the art is gorgeous and unique, with lovely colors and a collection of diverse and interesting-looking characters. The UI functions well, and I don't have any complaints regarding the choice of font, sounds effects, backgrounds, etc. Maybe I missed it in the Options, but the ability to adjust sound levels for bgm, sound effects, etc., would be great. I play with headphones on, and the bgm was a bit quiet compared to how loud the text sound effects were.
In regards to the story, immediately the world sucked me in. The haunting vibe is prevalent, and the writing does well to build the main character's perspective on this strange reality while providing exposition to understand the events unfolding. It's a simple thing, but I appreciate that the writing is also edited well - lots of visual novels at this point have a slew of typos and some awkward phrasing, but I've seen nothing noticeable on that front. There's a plethora of lovely similes, too. I think the writing in a vn of this style is paramount, and you've definitely nailed it!
I know this feedback is all over the place, so I apologize for how unorganized it is. I wanted to specially call out the fantastic expressions, especially for Cerise during the Apologia scene. The red text invasive segments are outstandingly chilling, and the music does wonders to increase the tension. Once I finished the demo, I was left craving for more.

About the sound: there is a specific sound adjustment menu in the options menu that allows you to adjust text beeps, sound effects, and the game's BGM. I may need to adjust the defaults for the final release, though. ^^;

This was so good! I love a good horror mystery story so this really has me excited. The UI and art are all very high quality, it really adds to the tone of the story. Love what I see right now!
