Small bugfixes that account for the new Ren'Py update - among other things.

• Fixed a text error in one of Deidre's diary entries.
• Fixed window display issues for Deidre's diary entries
• Fixed speechbubble display issues throughout the visual novel
• Edited the phone dismiss transition. Unfortunately, I couldn't preserve the original transition, so it simply disappears when dismissed.
